cable box descramblers

Hi does anyone know of a place in toronto that can fix the old descramber rogers box . The signal is there but the picture is all scrambled and do you think its just a chip they can replace or is it toast!. pm me if you want to keep the location not shown on this board, thanks

I have one too. It's not your box. Since last week, I can no longer get descrambled channels either.
Anyone know what Rogers actually does ?
Also, anyone know how to fix it or get a new one.
