Canada Post owes me money

Maybe I should be posting this in business? Sorry mod, move it if you think. Just mostly venting here.

So long story short, CP owes me some money. It's not shit lots Just a little over $100 bucks.

Thing is it's now almost 6 weeks. Every week I call them, I listen to recording saying Vulgar, disrespectful attitude will not be tolerated. Then a person comes on tells me I am not the only one, so what's my problem?

Kinda slightly pissing me off. Am I wrong? What would you do?

Canada Post is a raging tire fire. Do not do business with them. Period and if you are stuck in a situation where you have no choice, set the bar of your expectations so low that even a cockroach can crawl over it

As a Canadian Canada Post owes me millions because we as taxpayers keep on funding them to the tune of billions a years. If Canada Post was run as a business it would have been shut down decades ago. If there is one thing the Liberals can do it to find a way to shut them down or transform them to an entity that stops draining the tax coffers.

I applied to get mail forwarded online. Transaction was cancelled. Got it done by going in person to a CP office and paying in person. Now I want my money back which they applied to my CC first time online.
