my sister signs for 2 passports.. and they give her a bonus one - a neighbours' from around the corner. (which was returned to the mailwoman as she drove off).

today i get a statement about GST deposit, which i'm surprised to see considering i never qualify. didn't notice the name was a dude living in the apt next door.

...security issues and identity fraud, anyone?

now, i don't know whether to give the dude this statement and have him worried about me knowing his SIN.. or just shred it.

yah, i know i should have noticed it wasn't my name.. but, i didnt.

I'd expect Canada Post Security folks would be interested in hearing about this.

Canada Post is inferior!

There is no question in my mind that Canada Post is an inferior organization to other post systems. Example, a friend of mine living in the states mails me and another friend living in Germany a christmas card on the same day. Germany guy gets it 6 days latter, I get mine 13 days latter??

Another example, both my German and American based friends subscribe to magazines. Theirs always arrive in great shape, mine arrive all torn and bent out of shape! I could go on

Canada Post is a fxxxxxx shame, constantly provides inferior service for high postage rates.

If CP is a privately-owned company, it would/should be bankrupted ages ago.

If CP is an efficiently run company, all these courier service providers stand no chance of surviving.

I ordered $300 worth of stamps, it got delivered today, the postman just put it in my mailbox, no signature, nothing.

I send sh*t all the time using the canadapost small parcel service. It is so easy to scam them, I can just claim the package was lost and claim $100, more if you get insurance. I really want some kind of delivery confirmation on the small parcel service that does not cost an arm and a leg, it would work out well for them because people could not scam them and it would work out for me too so I know my customers do not scam me. I talked to a CP rep a few days ago about the issue, they told me to use the suggestion box, I totally laughed, who the f*ck reads the suggestion box.

Mail rates ain't exactly cheap either, it costs $1.65 to send international mail. I can order sh*t off the internet for $1 from asia and get free shipping on it to my house in Toronto. WTF!!!!!
