The six-speaker Infinity system in my '99 Chrysler has a problem.
One of the speakers in the dash has started buzzing on low bass notes.

If I take it to Chrysler I'll pay the $100 an hour shop rate - for that I'll tolerate a little buzz.

Can anyone suggest a car audio place that can do this for less
without totalling my dash?

Buzzing?Can you single out the Speaker.( fade, balance)
Probably, over driven, and ripped the fabric from the frame.
Not a big deal, visual inspection should demonstate problem.

I live in Markham.

Yes, I can tell it's one of the two speakers in the dash. The one on the driver's side. If I can remove the top of the dash I can probably get at it.

I'm more concerned to replace it with something that won't unbalance the system.

Maybe I'll try to remove the top of the dash.
I just don't want to wreck it!
