Who are you with? What are they like?

I'm with Sonnet, renewal coming up and I'm thinking maybe there's something better out there?
Any recommendations?

I'm in the process of evaluating car & home insurance for early next year. I look to bundle them since that helps bring the cost down. I agree that CAA was fairly close to what I wanted for the car but the home insurance, although ok, had too many restrictions and/or non-coverage that I currently have that made it cheaper but didn't provide what I wanted. I may try them again. Check with your insurance broker would be my recommendation.

Insurance is more than a cheap price, it's what happens when you have a claim that matters.

I've been through several home claims recently and have recently helped several people with auto claims.

RBC's carrier was SHIT. So was Belair Direct others.

Desjardins were, bar none, the best.

And the Tracey Pether agency in Toronto is one of the best business' I've ever dealt with. I was referred to her and have referred many other to her. First class treatment and service, great prices and help when you have a claim. Five Stars!

DON'T ! 😜

I almost didn't want to share her with your perverts. She is pretty, sweet and has a staffof smart beautiful women. Fortunately, they are smart so they are safe from you perverts! 😂

While on the subject of recommended professionals, Dr. Venus Sohbi of King West Dental is super gorgeous, so sweet and also a brilliant businesswoman and an absolutely first class dentist in all regards. Also runs a tight ship of smart women. Don't know how she manages to keep so may practices going )3) but she does and everything works. Great insurance handling, excellent billing, flexible and accomodating payments if you don't have full insurance. And if a filling falls out or you othereise have a problem, she fixes it.

Doesn't try to upsell but gives you honest advice on your dental care, keeping in mind your finances etc.

And she is the best on the nerve block injection! A little spray of topical anesthetic, 2 minutes and then dead-nuts accuracy with the nerve block freezing injection. NEVER had a pain during any work. And I've referred several people who were terrified of dentists... now they can't wait to go see her!

She offers referral bonus' but I don't trust yo dirty bastards not to expose The Schlong.

My car insurance has skyrocketed (about 66%) the past 5 years. Been with the same insurer since I first started driving. Perhaps time for a change. I'd be interested to hear what people recommend.

With CAA as well.

I'm with Belair Direct and my policy is up for renewal Dec. 1. I went to the CAA website and filled in my details for an online quote. They came in $300 a year cheaper. But when I spoke to an actual CAA agent and made sure their policy included all the options I had with Belair (accident forgiveness, rental car, $500 deductable, $2 million liability, etc.) their revised quote was $115 a year higher than my current insurer. Bottom line, make sure you're comparing apples to apples.

That is the opposite of my experience. I am saving about $1000 a year with more coverage than I had with Belairdirect. Home insurance is also the same as I had with Belairdirect, and about $200 less with CAA.
