Anyone here uses Food as a drug occasionally? I.e. If you wanna go to Lala land and be super giggly, chilled out, and stress free for a couple days. As if you're on a vacation, except you're not on one.
It's very hard to get it done. Have to eat every 3 hours, 6 meals a day for 2 days to get into the Chill effect on Days 3-5.
Any tips appreciated.... Very hard to do specially since I'm not a foodie (I find it pretty gross actually, but feeling Relaxed feels sooo good on Days 3 to 5.
