Went to a TD branch with new style ATMs (Danforth 1 block east of Coxwell) and these ATMs let you choose the denominations you want, to some extent. Not every combo, but $100 bills were listed and for a $300 withdrawal, one $100 was included by default. I think there was then an option to increase the number of $100 bills.

I've never gotten anything more than 20's from a non bank ATM except at a casino. Now BMO does give you a choose your denomination option, including 100's

These new TD machines are great, but the slot where the money comes out is quite small.
I have a hard time getting my hand in there to grab my cash.
