Casino Rama Player's Passport - How to obtain number online?

I am trying to buy a pair of tickets that are only available to Casino Rama's Player's Passport holders. I am unable to visit them in person tonight, but need the number for Ticketmaster.

Would anyone know if it is possible to obtain a Player's Passport with the membership number online?

You could try calling Rama, and asking to speak to a Player's Passport Rep, explain your situation, see if they can help you.
