Casinos won't give payouts to Chicago area man who won big sports bets

Typical garbage. They waited until after the games were played, hoping he would lose. Like the one guy said, if he was breaking the rules, they should have voided the bets before the they happened. Casinos watch everything, they would have seen him at the kiosk placing bets for hours but their greed won out. Offering to pay back the bets is probably hoping he goes away and doesn't sue. They never really got into what "rules" he was breaking, obviously it wasn't money laundering
