I have some CBD only gummies. They’re about 20 MG each. They contain no THC. I’m just wondering what to expect when I take one. I quit alcohol about 3 months ago and I’m just trying to find something to take the edge off a bit.

If it is just CBD I don’t think you’ll experience much in the way of a high.

CBD is used mostly for pain relief; if you are hoping it will take the edge off your withdrawal symptoms I don’t think it will help much either. If that’s what you’re looking for you might be better off to speak with your doctor about prescribing something to help manage the withdrawal symptoms and cravings.
