Cell Phone That Records Phone Conversations

As the title states, don't care what provider looking for a cell phone that can record phone conversations without having to press a button on the side. Looking for something that will automatically record when the line is picked up.

If you're a mobile mortgage broker as your sig line says, you may have a slight issue with taping customer conversations without their knowledge. I used to work for a bank and lemme tell ya - disclosure disclosure disclosure! Otherwise, that taped call is useless and might get ya into some hot water.

That being said, I have no clue what phone will do that without pressing any buttons. The LG 8100 will tape the call, but you have to "press some buttons" during the call to do it.

freakshow... a colleague of mine has a digital voice recorder that plugs into any blackberry or cell phone... i'll find out what it is and get back to ya.

as far as I know, you're fine to record conversations if only for your own records. just check with your lawyer first.

he mentioned his is a Diasonic.

he said that Panasonic, Sony, Olympus all have their own models now... i guess they are quite common.
