i just had a call from this number 000 000 0000 i never answer it,what do you people think,scam and yes it was all 0's

I got one too about 2 weeks ago. Didn't answer it either.

the only time I get calls form all zeros is from enbridge gas, they want their money lol.

I've received 3 calls from that number in the last two weeks.

It's a recorded message. I've only listened for the first 5 seconds, but apparently I've won two free tickets for the cruise of my choice ......

So much for the National Do Not Call list.

I have not gotten a call from them since I go the put on the national DNC list.

Before that I used to get calls a couple of times day from these people. Worst part is, you say hello and get this loud Cruise Ship Horn in your ear before the automated message comes on.

All zeros usually means caller is using skype out or some other voip service and are probably phone solicitors. Some companies think they can get around DNCL this way but if you report them they will be subject to some pretty large fines.
