I searched their help and this is what it came up with:
"You can add your phone number and website to your ad if you’re an Advanced or VIP Premium Account holder. You can enter these details in the designated fields when posting an ad. Phone numbers and website links are not allowed in the ad description"
So I think perhaps to eliminate the many fake Ads they are now requiring their advertisers to start paying a nominal fee for their Phone Numbers to appear, unless they put their number in the text portion of their Ad...but I suspect Locanto may have filters to ban that practice. You can use the messaging service in there to obtain their number, but many SP's do not check their messages. See below cost structure for Advanced and VIP. Only $38 bucks a month, that the equivalent of upcharge for MSOG FFS. Could be problematic for many SPs as they may not have credit cards and you have to buy min. 3 months worth
