Charger Rant!!!

So I just happily made a purchase of a "charging unit" that basically consists of a nice wooden box (for lack of a better term) that allows you to run all the cords from your electrical devices through the back to a power bar rather than have a tangle of cords all over the place. Very slick and nice.

So I get home and set it up and what do I discover??? Every fucking charger has one of those right-angle plugs so the 6-plug power bar can only fit 3 fucking chargers.

ARGHHHH!!!! WTF?!?!?!

I went online to see if my cell phone has a charger plug that has just a straight plug rather than the right-angle but no-go.

The charging unit only holds 4 devices so I'm only really out one but I just can't believe that every fucking charger (at least that I have) is right-angled.

Solution......buy a 12 charger box that fits only 6 devices...

Well things actually worked out. Turns out that one of my chargers works on two different devices so that enables me to charge all four devices (albeit, I have to share a cable).

I dont understand why more electronics are not using mini usb for charging. HTC, Black berry and Motorola all use it. Only need one AC charger and one car charger
