Check the NADA or Canadian equivalent for retail pricing

there are a couple of cars out there now you can get for under 10 grand new the mileage seems a bit high for an 07 but that could justbe from when the car was bought ( late 06 to now).

Check autotrader .ca and input the car , it will tell you what similar cars are going for
