Christmas & New Years holiday

Before you guys criterized me for not doing a search....I tried with no success. Just wondering what action can a person get between the X-mas & New Years holidays. I assume most SP's will be with their families or off on a warm holiday, but there is always a few that still works. Also, what about the SC's? Are they open? I was in Montreal a few years ago and only a hand full of SP's were working, but you had to plan ahead. Most of the SC's stayed open with regular closing time.

Just wondering what Toronto is like during that time.

I've always seen enough girls working in the clubs between Dec 26 and 31. If the clients thin out, you may find some bargains too.

If there is any way you can alter your schedule, I would take it.

If you are flying, holiday flights can go up to 3X the normal prices and the airports are going to be more crowded than usual (i.e. looong lines). Finding parking at your home airport will be a challenge, at the least. Security, customs, etc. will all be cranky because of the crowds. The only good thing will be that hotels will be cheap and some bargains can be found.

As for finding SPs, I would also imagine that most will be taking those couple of weeks off, like you said. So your selection will be limited, and you may get stuck with someone that you wouldn't normally pick.

I prefer to do my hobbyist trips (and any travel for that matter) during normal times. The SP selection is at its best and travel costs will be cheaper. Everything else will be open too, and you get to watch everyone in the city you're visiting have to go to work while you party. I don't know what kind of bennies you get with work, but if you have vacation and flex-time, use it. I also prefer to work during holidays (taking the time off some other time). No one is in the office, so it's much less stressful.

Balti...I won't be flying. Although holiday flying doesn't bother me like it does some people. With Florida and Cancun in mess now maybe some will not take that normal vacation to a sunny spot. Also, I typically don't have a chance or choice whether I work during the holiday. Very seldom I'm off during a holiday. I'm just thinking of different alternatives for this year....Who knows I may have some free time this year.

Stang...The SC maybe a alternative, but it can be hit or miss.

Well, I just confirmed my schedule for the Holidays. I checked my calendar because of this thread. I will not be available on Christmas but will be on New Years Eve and all day on Jan 1 till 6 pm if anyone wants to make sparks with me.
