What's the big deal with circumsized and uncircumsized?
If you ask me, its more of a religious thing and not so much medical.
I hear that uncircumsized over time becomes numb and callous whereas someone who is uncircumsized always has greater sensation because of the foreskin.
As for medical, I really don't see a big advantage or disadvantage.
I suppose you got to keeps the boys down there clean and shiny on a daily basis.

Once an uncut penis is fully erect there is little difference between it and a cut penis. As far as I understand it the real issue is cleanliness. If an uncircumcisedspiderbug said:

The truth is - when an uncircumcized man does not take extra care in washing himself - he tends to omit a distinctive odour - sometimes very strong.
Any girl who has worked in the industry knows exactly what odour I'm referring to - it can be quite a turn-off. Not all "uncut" men omit this odour - but it is quite common.

I think that you would find that women's preferences are towards what is familar. Here, among adults, cut is more common, and women prefer it. In cultures where most men are uncut, my belief is that uncut would be preferred. And here in 30 years uncut will probably be preferred, because these days most babies are not cut.

Not true. I prefer them uncut, but there really isn't much difference from my experience. I really like cocks, so one with a little extra to play with is extra fun. Plus they do tend to have a more sensitive glans because it isn't bashing away in their shorts all the time.
