As it appears a large number of clients who see SP's are at ages where heart conditions may be an issue. Should clients inform the SP of any potential issues or that they have an pacemaker/ICD. I heard of one situation where an SP cancelled the session as her client had a scar near his heart area and was afraid that he had a heart condition. Do SP's want to be informed beforehand if their client has a pacemaker/ICD. Would an SP cancel an appt if a client has a pacemaker/ICD even though she is assured that nothing will happen.

Having a pacemaker means that the client is being followed and treated by a doctor, so in a stable situation. Should be better than another client who's never seen a doctor, who's overweight, who wheezes and is out of breath after climbing a flight of stairs.

In any case, you have to ask yourself what would your SP do if you suddenly had chest pains, passed out and turned blue while in action. It could happen at any time and with anybody.

A real pro would call 911 immediately and apply CPR (assuming she got a course), regardless of her personal consequences. I think I'd rather have sex with a hero than a with a person who's going to scamper and leave me for dead.

NOPE come on over, but I tell them that if anything goes sideways I'm pulling you by one foot out the door naked and toss your clothes beside you. If anyone knocks on my door, I have NO idea who the fuck you are.

I am not doctor but I suspect that seniors with a weak heart
wouldn't even be able to get it up in the first place. If they
manageto ejaculate the sensation of the orgasm would likely
be too weak to have an impact on their heart rate. If I were a
SP I would just ask the client who has had heart operation to
settle for a BJ.

The bigger danger is for the same people who drop dead after the first game of their old-timer's league. You think you're healthy then BLAM - heart attack. It's when you don't know you have a heart issue that's more dangerous than if you know. I'm 58, still pretty active, still ski hard in winter, play the odd pickup game of hockey, and cycle hard in the summer - but on the recommendation of my doctor I started taking 1 mini-aspirin daily. I have NO heart condition and I'm actually pretty healthy - but the mini-aspirin is cheap insurance with no real side effects. I'd recommend that anybody mid-50's or older look it up or talk to your doctor and see if you believe in the benefits. Oh - they're little blue pills too!

Ha! When one of my providers found out I had had heart issues and that I finally had been given an all clear to perform strenuous activities again (such as nonstop fucking and MSOGs) she took it on as a challenge to help me find out if all systems were go, pro bono!!!! It was such a nice gesture and cemented her as a regular, heart issues be damned!

As already mentioned, the scars are just reminders that something that could of been a problem is now fixed, or at least better than before.
High blood pressure and heart problems can be both related to diet and weight as well as genetics, so things can happen, to anyone, at anytime.
As long as the guy can get it up, that’s a pretty good sign.
Anyways, is there a better way to go, if it’s your time to go?

I'm not sure about taking aspirin daily:

My doctor also suggests taking a low-dose aspirin on a daily basis. This idea has also been echoed by my oncologist and a surgeon that has recently performed major surgery on my body.
I will take the advice of three doctors that I have seen as well as essguy's doctor over any article you dig up off the internet.

Also, this advice had been given to me even though I have never had a stroke, heart attack or any signs of heart disease.

The grim reality or maybe not so grim reality is that death is guaranteed. The question is when, and yes some of us will go out with a bang, literally. Every year in the GTA a guy dies during paid for sex. Viagra or other erectile dysfunction medications hav increased this risk because guys with cardiovascular disease who formely couldn't get it up now can but their heart's are dangerously compromised. The best that you can hope for is to die in your sleep.

That's an old article (2009) there are newer articles on webmd with more up to date viewpoints. But the article raises good points - there are risks so it's best to talk to your own doctor. Eg: Even low dose aspirin can cause bleeding if your blood clotting factors are low. Also risk of stomach problems if you have an ulcer or prone to GI problems. But I believe the general consensus is that it's a cheap, low risk method to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

I thought being a hobbyist meant all the sex you can pay for, to your hearts's content.
SP's can definitely have aspirin on hand.
Learn CPR. or if she want's to go the extra mile, have a portable auto CPR machine.
Would be ironic if an SP declined CPR on a client after sucking his cock but didn't want to go anywhere near his mouth to breathe into it.

I see clients with no upward age limit and personally it's never been an issue. Some gents do let me know if they're on medication, recovering from an injury/surgery or if they have a serious allergy or disability, but I've never seen any with serious heart issues. I would think that this is a personal choice and then the client would decide what all he's looking for in a session and what not. Sometimes much older gents go the oral only or cuddle route so I haven't seen any problems in session yet.
Sounds good as long as you don't drag me into the hallway naked like Annalise should something happen, lol. Your later options do sound enticing.
