For some reason this Cowboys fan (yaya am a loser) was watching old Oakland Raider footage on youtube on the top 10 Raiders of all time, in that top 10 was Cliff Branch with the comments on why is Lynn Swan in the HOF and not Branch...stats show an interesting weirdness

Swann made big catches which were often unbelievably acrobatic when the most people were watching. If you're a good player but on a great team there is a better chance of making the hall of fame. Clark Gillies is the most glaring example of this. The other great thing is you will probably be paid more as well just look at Jayson Werth.
