First of all Meister, single guys are only permitted if they are escorted by a couple or a lady. You can't just show up alone else it'd be like every other club (aka sausage fest).
I've been to xtabi and yeah, we all think it's all hot and horny with women throwing their inhibitions to the wind....yawn, it's fucked IMO. boring as hell. I have been several times with a couple of different women. Friday night = single guys welcome = mob scene, she was getting hit on every five minutes. Don't go unless you are really into MMF. On Saturday, it is single guys only allowed in with a couple, so that eliminates the bottom of the barrel. But there are plenty of single guys cruising, a young playa basically dumped his drink on me, in the apparent hope that I would go and clean up, and he could then jump on my wife.
The crowds have been decent when we went, lots of people coming from Happy Hedonist / Prive, which they complain is too crowded, and not officially on-premises. This means it is a largely 40-50+ crowd, not so attractive, but friendly and ready to party.
You are allowed to have sex there in a number of areas, but the only one we have seen used is the main area with a couple of beds and a couple of couches. You can expect to have a dozen or so clothed people watching / waiting for your spot, so it is more for the exhibitionist than for the bashful. We go when we have been out elsewhere, and are looking for somewhere to fuck before going home. It works for that.
