Clubs in Durham

There is a new club in Pickering - The Cocktail House.

Does anybody have any 1st hand knowledge of this club? Such as, what's the age group (say Friday and Saturday), are there any single women, are they too young, couples mostly, etc. Any chances of an older guy going alone having a good night out?

Or, where else could an older guy go for a night out?

Looking at the pictures on the website it seems to be a younger crowd. I think it used to be a membership/members type club. I have driven by several times and it never really seems busy, but I have never ventured inside.
