Here is the issue with this type or "CNN/MSNBC aren't covering it..." bullshit. It's a game the righties love to play, where they take a small culture war story and amplify it to a great extent, while MSM rightfully ignore it because they are covering more important stories (like, say the potential economic collapse brought on by Trump's stupid trade wars).
This is how the right uses bullshit to flood the zone, bringing up stupid stories like this to attack the credibility of established news organizations with sterling reputations compared to Fox. They start to say shit like, what else is the MSM not telling you??? When, the sad reality is, Fox ignores major stories that are hurtful/harmful to Trump and the GOP....or at least provide little coverage and a whole lot of spin...

I believe one judge, and thought the appeal judge both concluded that Garcia was an MS13 gang member. And was sent to El Salvador. So, not alleged, but ruled.
