Cogeco Security Service

I am using Norton Internet Security 2006, and I find it is slowing my system considerably. Since I am on Cogeco High speed cable, I am thinking of dowloading their Cogeco Security Service to replace Norton IS. Is this a good idea?
Does anyone have any experience with Cogeco SS?
Any advice or recommendation will be appreciated.

Cogeco security service is slow also

My parents have cogeco, and my mother downloaded the Cogeco security service. It runs slow on her computer so, I don't know if it will help you any. I hope this helps
