What are the programs? there are several places they can be launched from :
Your StartUp Folder
All Users StartUp Folder
(Right click on start button and choose explore to find these)
More likely they are probably launched from the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
BE CAREFUL - EDITING THE REGISTRY IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING CAN DO A LOT OF DAMAGE
