Having recently discovered bittorents I have been viewing lots of different types of porn. I notice that some actors use condoms and many do not. I wonder how people feel about seeing condoms in porn. Does is take away from the experience or does it make no difference. Perhaps it is a turn on?

What are your thoughts on this?

really I'd leave it up to them. Sure it is nice to see porn without them but if I was in their shoes I'd want one. Best to keep the industry as clean as possible. Even with the regulations they have people still end up with aids.

in the beginning it was a little weird seeing condoms in porn - but now I'm used to it - plus the condoms they wear these days are not that noticeable.

most of the big name porn stars have a clause in their contract that they will only do movies that use condoms!!!!

I believe in safe sex but I can't stand them in porn. I actually won't watch movies with condoms involved. The big companies like Vivid exclusively use them now.

I heard that last year or 2 years ago when one star which had AIDS did a few movies and gave it to a couple men and women. So the movie companies told them that in every movie a man would have to wear a condom.

The female star who started the AIDS chain did not know that she had it at the time.

I'm assuming you mean facial?

Each to their own... not my thing though. Watching a facial shot does not do it for me at all. In fact it most times makes me want to upchuck. Only porn I own and most of the time only porn I watch is girl on girl. Like I say though... each to their own.

The money shot is actuall the cum shot, it does not imply a fascial.

I'm just the opposite of you. Fascials are my favorite. To me, there's nothing more sexual than a girl taking a shot, or many shots, on her face or in her mouth. And no, to me it has nothing to do with domination. It's just the ultimate turn on.

Call me double standard (maybe), I am the same in one respect. I love giving a facial or pearls. I also love being dominate and have some limited experience in bondage which I also enjoyed. But watching 3 or 4 guys cumming all over some porn star's face just don't do it for me. In fact I don't like seeing dick at all in porn. I watch porn to see tits, ass and pussy. I love the sights and sounds of a female orgasim while another is going down on her or whatever. Now THAT is a turn on!

That's the thing with porn: what turns on one person turns off another. So all any porn actor/ess can do is what they enjoy in the moment and hope to connect with those who appreciate it.

With respect to condoms, I think that's a privilege of familiarity. I don't think any person -- not even a porn star -- should be forced to consider any factor other than their own safety in making that decision. That said, condoms aren't always a part of my play -- but it's always my choice for me when it's not, and my partner's choice with respect to himself.

The big problem with the porn industry was that they were trying to tell or influence people as to their personal health policies.
