Can anyone assist me with connecting a passive sub-woofer (as in non-powered) to an older Technics SA-GX100 stereo receiver? The receiver has red/black spring loaded type speaker connectors for left and right speakers, front and rear. The sub-woofer has a pair of purple/black spring loaded type speaker connectors. I’m not sure this is possible, but any assistance would be appreciated. A link to a wiring diagram would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
