copy /paste issue

i have no idea whats going on with my mouse when i scroll to highlight and copy n paste ...it highlights but it won't stay highlighted once i right click to copy then it dissapears when i paste it ...never had this happen before



weird huh


any advice please ??

Can you highlight it and then copy and paste with the "edit" in the toolbar?

Could be just a mouse acting up then, give it a few slaps.

what are you trying to copy and paste? At work I had a similar problem. It turned out the text I was trying to hi-light was actually considered a pic. It was sent as an inserted object. Eventhough it was a table with text in it.

Did you try to reboot and retry that operation. Sometimes the mouse driver has issues and needs reload.

Ok guys thanks so much I tried every word of advice and guess what nothing worked --oh it was copying text for a news letter for fans the website -Then i said f*&^ it and bought a new mouse and guess what it works

Highlite the text afain and press "Ctrl"+"c" (at the same time), you should be able to copy is and use Ctrl + v to paste.
