Czech Rep., Hungary, Slovakia now in EEC. Will this change Canada Immigration policy?

Followers of the EE escort scene will have figured out that the main barrier to many more EE girls coming to Canada and working on their own terms - and not for exploitative "importers" - is that Canada Immigration refuses to issue visitors visas to people from EE.

Now that certain EE countries are now EEC (as of May1/ 04), does anyone know if this policy may be set to change in the future?

I was in Czech Republic in late May and read an interesting article on prostitution changes within the country as a result of the EU. Previous to them joining, SP's would work along the major highways at the broder crossings because the line-ups to cross were huge and truckers would commonly wait for 1/2 day to get through. Since the merge, the line-ups have disappeared and the SP workers have headed to the major cities where tourists are now flocking to. When I was in Prague, it was more like Vegas with all the casinos (small in size but on every corner) and money marts. SP's where everywhere and they liked the fact that they could get access to foreign money without leaving their country. I suspect that this will limit the amount of EE SP coming to Canada more than Canada's immigration policy. Don't expect Canada's visitors visa policy to change, but from speaking with residents of Czech, it is quite easy to get a visitors visa (not a working visa).

Plunker, this is interesting and contradicts my own info which is that EE's almost never get allowed to visit Canada. Russians are rarely allowed to visit. A favourite escort of mine had her brother visit. The first time, he got a visitor's visa. The 2nd time, the Canadian consulate in Moscow told him to "get lost". The bro is a med student there from a wealthy family and had complied absolutely with his visa on the 1st visit - which just shows you how wackily hard-line Immig Canada is about visitors who are not from the developed West.
