I blame Oshawa for this. You have SP's that shouldn't be in the business overcharging, you have desperate dependent SP's that operate out of their shitty apartments and basements at rates you'd expect in downtown Toronto on Grey Cup weekend. The whole backpage oshawa section is a roulette wheel sometimes. Some are great and reasonable, others are great and "under valued", and others think of themselves as courtesians in the royal court....when really they are street meat arrested one too many times roadside. Hence, prices are out of whack sometimes. Does that make sense? In my head it does....barely.
