Dead Mouse Horror Story

So, I have this old (10+ years) computer which I use for "private purposes". Anyway, the mouse died on Saturday. So, I go to Best Buy and Future Shop to buy a new mouse but they all have the USB plugs and not the round plugs that fit my old computer. You cannot fit a rectangular plug into a round hole.

This sounds like something for the Tech Forum, but here goes. I believe there are adapters for just this thing.

they used to come with adapters, I guess to save costs they no longer include them.

Actually, I went to a pawn shop and bought an older live mouse for $5. This really pissed me off because a neighbour was throwing out his old mouses (mice?) after he failed to sell them at his yard sale back in August and I didn't take one or two for free.

Dam, I came on this thread to tell my story about arriving at the cottage late one night and went to the can to piss. I lift open the toilet seat and there was a huge dead bloated mouse, scared the crap out of me. This does not help your problem, can't help you there.
