Dear Moderators:

I think it's time to evaluate Jasmin's contributions to the board to see if she should not be banned again. Since she has been allowed back on the board a few weeks ago, she has resorted to the same negative, disruptive and tactless ways that she displayed before, picking fights with a number of members, calling names, and threatening to continue.

I believe her expulsion will restore some harmony to Ottawa/Kingston board, which has been sadly lacking in recent weeks.

Austin I cannot believe this, what a sad boy you are. I remind everyone that it was you that started all this fuss when you posted untruths and false assumptions a couple of weeks ago. If you want to ban the person responsible, ban yourself. The only thing Jasmin has been going is defending herself from unwarranted personal attacks.

if you don't like somebodys opinion you have two choices, respond to it with your opinion or stay the hell away from this forum.

Dear Mods:

As you can see, as part of the "Jasmin Experience", we have first-time posters like exb207 rushing to insult in the name of her defence (you might check on exb207's e-mail), we have arch-sycophants like Figjam doing the same thing for the zillioneth time (no doubt working in cahoots with her), nasty PMs sent to me (and Tithunter) by mmmgood (a member from Kitchener -- Jasmin's home town), as well as a nasty PM from Jasmin herself. This board can do without such low-class abuse.

As for poor Figjam, blinded by obsequiousness, what were the untruths or false assumptions I ever uttered? I stand by everything I have ever said and can prove it. I would point out that Jasmin's tirades extend to a variety of members on this board and in such a very short time. This girl is irrepressible and it is for that reason I recommend that she be banned.

There is a person with 2,901 posts that is saying that you are wrong in this. As he says, if you do not like it get out of the kitchen. You cannot go around insulting people without being insulted back. I have been insulted a bunch of times these past two weeks but you do not see me crying to the mods trying to get them banned. To end this is very simple, stop insulting others and others will stop insulting you.

I like your assumption about Jas and I working together in this, so untrue and so like you to post another non truth. Be a man and get rid of this thread.

Austin... if you're concerned about a post... simply report it to the Moderators. It's their job to patrol the board and not ours. Otherwise you take the risk of being called a whiner. The other option is to simply ignore the post. You shouldn't get so worked up over this kind of stuff... life's too short. :)

Austin Powers and Legos, you're entitled to your opinion of course because this board exists based on the principles of free speech and opinion. But your comments about Jasmin in my opinion are off base because (a) if you have a beef with her PM her or the moderators, don't come on here publicly asking that she be banned - as I'm sure the moderators have told you, they run the board; (b) you've failed to direct anyone's attention specifically to what's gotten your underwear in a knot - what's your problem ? ; and (c) IMHO Jasmin is a professional, classy MA who is concerned for her well being and her safety, has certain standards in terms of who she sees and clear cut rules - unfortunately you haven't taken the time to get to know her as a person - she's highly intelligent, fair minded, courteous and very classy. So, I suggest you drop this matter now. Take up any personal complaint you have directly with Fred or Jasmin, in a constructive, adult, manly way. Don't litter this board with your garbage.

Ric, you and some other posters here were late comers and didn't see Jasmin's most offensive post (someone has been doing some cleaning up so latecomers won't get a full idea of Jasmin's abusive and harassing comments), nor her PM to me of a similar nature. It was sufficiently bad that the mods did step in after I complained.

I will remind you of TERB guideline #10:

10. It is not permitted to transmit via TERB any information, data, text, files, links, software, or other materials ("Content") that TERB considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

I have every right to bring this behaviour to the attention of moderators. I made a recommendation for her banishment (after all she was banished before and maybe mistakenly reinstated as a member without the moderators realizing that she was banished before). It is their decision whether she should be banished or not.

As for others who wish to speak in an abusive or harassing way on this board, they should take note of TERB guideline #10 and we would all do well to take it seriously.

I'll assume you don't genuinely understand, as opposed to being wanting to play games. You're entitled to your opinion, but please make sure it's a considered one; don't bring garbage onto the board when you can deal with it in PM.

AP, I can't comment on what anyone communicated to another in PM. But there is absolutely no need for you to do what you've done and make this a public matter. In the Eve post you went on and on about "hijacking" and then sheepishly admitted that you were wrong and that Jasmin had cleared the air on the board and in PMs to you. If you have anything else to complain about then take it up directly with the moderators or Jasmin, in a proactive, mature way. There is no need for you whatsoever to smear Jasmin with broad, unsubstantiated accusations. Deal with whatever differences you have in private.

Tell me why you needed this thread as opposed to PMing the moderators ? I suspect you won't answer that.
