I was browsing thru the web and found out about the debit direct canada, and their business oppournity, I'm not sure this is legit or not and i could not find anything about this company, have you guys heard about this company before?

Does not sound like a business really, more a loan to them.
There are a large number of merchants out there where you can become an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) with a company (or number of companies, if the deal is non exclusive), but the contracts are pretty tedious - with some you lose the rights to residual income if you do not meet specific sales targets etc.
