Inability to ejaculate while having sex / oral / whatever with a partner unless for a very long time or not at all.

Anyone have any experience with this first hand or as a partner? (females?)

I'm a young guy, always had this problem while with a partner, whether it be casual or with an SP. Never been able to orgasm while having sex, once or twice while receiving oral. With sp visits i usually end up settling for a hj and the ladies definately get a good arm workout lol.

I used to be like that in my twenties. I could pop 4-5 times a day jerking off but with girlfriends it wouldn't happen. I actually used to fake it to get some sleep. I have always had this issue - I jerked off successfully for the first time at the age of 17 (thank you Playboy), before that I could not make it happen. I don't think anything causes it, it is just one of those biological things, there is a range of durations, so some guys will be at the premature extreme, some will be at the forever extreme. I have found that as I have got older, I have gained more understanding of how it goes, and thus more control. But it can still sometimes be a challenge, particularly if it is the second shot. The worst is when you are paying $20 per song and nothing is happening.

If not then get it checked..it may well be part of your problem.

sounds silly even at your age. But I was put on BP meds at the same age..some of it is inherited. It's not just age and stress. Certain meds will create the problem you speak about.

I have had this problem for a long time as well. Now that I am on anti-depressants it is becoming insane. I talked to my family doctor about it and he told me that the average duration after penetration for a man is 2 to 3 minutes. I told him that before the meds I was at about 30-35 minutes by myself, now I am at at least an hour.
