it happen the clients were running late and it completely screwed up the schedule as she was booked afterwards as well. please understand this happens to us at least 5 times a day so I do you completely understand your frustration. All of this said if you do decide to call back for her at all I'm sure that Lisa will give you first priority for your booking time.

Hmm, let me understand this, some clients were running late, they got to keep their appointment, but the guy that was running on time gets screwed in the middle. Sounds fair to me, why should the late guy get his appointment shorten or cancelled, better to get the next guy.. And the peace offer is, you will get priority booking next time, but hopefully the guy in front of you kept his schedule, because you may be bumped otherwise.....
I don't mean to stir up a hornets nest. But its happened more times now than before... Scheduling should not be a problem. A guy shows up late, he has a certain time booked and thats what he gets. Why screw someone else over because someone cant get there on time...
