Dell Flash SD flash reader

Well I took some pictures. I wanted to upload to my website, and for some reason my flash card reader in my dell laptop is not reading them.

I push the card in, it makes the usb noise. and the window of options to read the card does not show up, a week ago the flash card was broken, it went in for servicing for dell it came working but not reading the cards.

Now I am just so fustrated can anyone suggest any flash card readers for SD cards. I need a back up for my dell and my new desktop does not have a reader for flash memory cards.

San Disk have a full line of card readers, they're all good. Most now are USB2 and firewire capable.

I've had one for years..no problems with it.
