Tried to contact this lady over the past two weeks unfortunately it appears her customer service skills require a little work as you can see from her responses below. I thought although critical at times I was supplying worthwhile feedback to her but it appears not. This is the exact text from her. Have others had trouble connecting with her? She will not have to worry I will not contact her why would I or anyone else?
