outcall are legal, and incall are not, then if that is so. Why do u have some escort offering incall right in the open, also the discount asian fuck factory are right there for everyone to see, all you have to do is read the now magazine to find an ad. My question is this, why are they not shut down and some places are? does it have to do with drugs or too many people complain? What is the answer?:p

there was a case not that long ago where the owner had an MP on top of this bar call the elephant and castle on young street, from what I heard it took the cops a whole year of investgation before they lay the common bawdy house and living off to this guy. Now I did not have know they had an MP in that place and I live near the area. SO why him? I think it was too open. and the bar downstairs call the cops, just my two cents.

MP's and incalls are two different things. By-law officers run around to ensure MP's have a licence, if not they're shut down. Police go after incalls, however there's only so much resources so they tend to turn an eye unless the public complains, usually in high rise buildings. A recent court case involving a Newmarket dominatrix has put the incall issue up in the air. Google it, lots of info on line.

ya I think so too, if you do some nasty things like under age or sell drugs that just bad newz for you. I remember a case a long time ago about this guy. He had three outcall escort business, for different markets, you know, older woman or larger women, whatever. Anyways he got taken down because he hired a 16 year old. Man that was it, the full force of the cops came after him and it was over, he made 300k a year in that business. But ya hiring kids that just bad in anyone books.

As I understand it, LE aren't too concerned with incalls, provided nothing else illegal is going on and it keeps a low-profile. They have more important matters to deal with.

LE will raid / shut-down an incall if it is connected with other more serious crimes. Human trafficking, drugs, sexual slavery / sexual assault, and so forth.

The other reason LE will raid / shut-down an incall is if the neighbours (either residential or commercial) complain.

If you want to learn about the law, read the laws. If you want to learn about how we live, look around. Only the details are changed by laws against brothels/drinking/smoking/drugs/tax cheating …, but life goes on.

Complete with all of the above.
