Which do you think would be a better first date dinner spot to impress that special lady?

The Skillet at Zellers makes a pretty mean grilled cheese sandwich, but then I see in their catalogue that you can get a good pasta entree at Ikea for only $1 dollar! And then desert for another $0.99. Hard to beat Swedish for common sense.

Don't forget the International House of Pancakes for breakfast the morning after.

Escohort - don't be silly! It needs to be somewhere we can sit down.

great bear - Maybe I'm bragging but I'd proudly leave the full 15% at either one of them.

How about the 1$ breakfasts at Ikea..then you can buy an entertainment unit that you and your date can assemble together.

Hey McDonalds and Burger King have 1.69 specials every day.

btw, why do you think they chose 1.69? (versus 1.65 or 1.75 for example).
