This has happened to me before! It was super-embarassing... I had taken a shower, applied body lotion, and then walked around the location barefoot (in the heavy foot-traffic areas) before my client came upstairs. When I saw the soles of the bottoms of my feet in the mirror I was completely mortified (finished the session but was mortified). Bottom line is, it happens to the best of us. It doesn't mean she isn't clean or hasn't showered... if I were seeing an SP and there was an issue with cleanliness I think the only thing to do is to tell her. Embarrassing for her but not nearly as embarrassing as posting it in a review or her not being able to completely satisfy you. Its your money and for a lot of clients its a lot of money: you deserve to get what you want, to the best of her ability.
My advice if you notice is to take the foot fetish angle.

Yes, gents, that's something a lot of us forget. I'm sure a good many of us trop into the location with our shoes on...And especially at this time of year, what have we picked up? They are wet, possibly slushie, with salt (or what every), sand and other detrus and we're tracking all that into their places. Of course it's going to end up their feet.

Becky is right it can happen to anyone, when you step out of the shower the first thing you put on isn't your shoes, so you are generally barefoot for sometime. Many clients will wear shoes into the bathroom and that will track salt, sand, dirt (how many condo's are near construction sites) into the suite and fresh from the shower wet feet can pick up that dirt in a very short time. It's an honest oversight, something that when she's rushing to get everything else ready she may forget to double check.
I understand that at many incalls the suites are shared and that leaving your personal belongings at the main door isn't ideal but it might help during winter months if clients were to slip off their outdoor footwear at the main door then carry them to where they'd want to store them, that would help reduce the amount of salt and grime on the floors so the ladies don't have to worry about getting their feet so dirty.. especially when they run to get that much needed glass of water for you. :-}
