Not surprised. This is the sort of actions one can expect from Trump's DOJ. They would love nothing better than to prosecute anyone who isn't a Trump apologist. I was never a fan of Lemon, but I feel like these charges will not stick. I mean, he has a credible explanation that he was acting as a journalist at the time, and not one of the protestors.
trump is a moron, and arresting journalists is him trying to be more like Putin or Netanyahu, his heroes.
