I don't even think it's clever. There are many funny commentaries on the Tiger situation but this isn't one of them, IMO.
In that rarest of times, I agree with Pekkkr, the only thing funny in that strip was that it was a rip on FOX not on Tiger......
But even then, just not funny.....
