Am a user myself. Simple to use, simple in concept. Free for use until 2GB limit.

Convenient to synchronize files effortlessly across smartphones, desktops and laptops.

Never used iCloud so can't compare.

Basically...computer 1: install program. Open icon and it's like opening any folder on your desktop. Add, edit, delete folders or file as you want.

Computer 2: install program again, and log in as requested. Open icon and it'll start synching with computer 1.

Computer 3,4,5: see computer 2.

I don't know if you can set which one has priority though.
