It depends
Most non-North American players are region free. That said, Lebanon is likely in the PAL region so your NTSC encoded discs may not work there.
There are international players which in addition to being region free will also convert NTSC to PAL and vice versa. If you have the right kind of player (generally not available in North America but relatively easy to find in Europe & Asia) you'll be able to play your North American discs.
