I don't see why they would sell it for $295U.S. if they can make over $3750 a month. It would make more sense to keep it themselves.
It doesn't say over what time span they guarantee the 100 000 visitors. Also, who is responsible for updating the site with new books etc? Do you have the expertise or do they expect you to pay someone on a daily basis to do the updating for you?

I didn't look at it in too much depth, but it seems to me that it's just a website. Who's going to buy the stock (books) that goes behind the website?

Aside from that, are you really ready to go head to head with Indigo, Amazon, Powell's ...

It doesn't add up to me.

Well I think with these types of setups, you DO get orders, however the orders come from "the company", and "the company" also sells you the books. You have to pay them right away for the "wholesale" books. But it takes them forever (never) for them to give you the money for the end-sale of the books.

Reel them in, deeper, and then fly by night.
