Engine fire on take off at LAX

Since TV really sucks in the summer(more so than the rest of the year), I've been watching plane spotting on youtube.

Today a guy got lucky and caught a Delta 767 engine fire during take off. Plane landed safely and no injuries. Fire was out when they landed.
I like watching plane spotting from Sydney Australia, YYZ and LAX.

Nice.
But the guy needs better equipment for tracking or needs to up his manual skills for tracking.
Should know direct phone line to the tower or fire department of the airport.

If he is video recording I am surprised police haven't charged him.

So why do like YYZ and LAX ?

Charge him with what?
The pilot would have contacted the tower extremely quick to him inform him of the situation.
Alot quicker than the guy filming.

I like YYZ because it's the closest International airport to me and LAX because lots of heavies take off and land their.
