Hi, there, I am from vancouver and just joined Terb. I find when I am travelling outside of Vancouver, I cannot log in Perb with the following message:

I even cannot contact with perb as all my emails to Perb webmaster were immediately returned, I don`t know how to handle it when I am tarvelling. Can anyone help? Thanks!
