What would you do if this happened in a session with a trusted, regular client?

I was dating a civilian woman for a while so I'd taken a break from the hobby, gotten tested, and started having regular sex with my girlfriend. I don't know if you will be panicked or relieved to hear this, but most so's are pretty laid-back about brief accidental bare-back because it does happen. I've noted a common reaction from multiple escorts : when we both notice what's occurred the sp would raise an eyebrow and ask "are you good?" That was it. Then maybe move on to bbbj for the finish because getting another condom on is just too unwieldy at that point.

I think it is far less likely for them to be unknowingly transmitting as most do get tested but I would also bet a far higher percentage of them pick up the low value / easy cure STIs just due to volume
