Wondering if anyone has an updated experience they can email me? I heard in the past that Essence is very much YMMV and I don't really wanna go there to waste time.

Also, can anyone confirm if they do insurance? Does anyone have an email contact for Carol or Lucy?

I don't think much has changed ... not even sure if Lucy is still there any more. Mila and Carole are definitely still there.

How about giving Luna a trial instead if you are going to be in the west end ... girls are younger there anyway and we need a test subject to see whether the Luna girls are more fair on the pricing and on the clock ... would be an outstanding contribution for your first review post

I've been a long time customer. It's no different from any other place as far as YMMV. The only way you will waste your time is if you waste their time by trying to push for things that are not on offer.
