I would like to respond to some of the issues brought forth in the review as I hate to feel that we have a dissatisfied client in any way, shape or form, but I have to admit I am struggling a little on how to deal with this. The reason being is that this is the first I am hearing about it.
I would like to think that anyone who has dealt with me would feel safe enough to express such concerns with me directly at the time of the incident as that is the time I can best address the concern. Not having that opportunity, I am left with trying to deal with this issue after the fact. That makes things a little difficult from my end. So I will try my best here with this now new information.
1) Upsells - First I want to say that I do not condone upsells at all. I will speak to Evie about this to ensure this does not happen again. I can't say that it did or didn't happen because again, this is the first I am hearing about it. Evie is listed as a SAFE GFE - therefore there should be no discussion about BBBJ or any other "True" GFE type service. This makes my position a little difficult because, if you as a client want BBBJ, then she would be in her right to charge extra for that as it is not apart of her listed service. Just like if a lady wanted to charge extra for Greek. Now usually if there is something available as an extra I do list it on the profile. We don't B&S our clients. She is as advertised and BBBJ is not advertised as part of her available services. So with that said, she will provide only SAFE GFE services which are LK and CBJ, not BBBJ or DFK. You have my word that I will speak with her to ensure that not even on an upsell will BBBJ or DFK be available to anyone at anytime. That way there is no confusion in the future. The upsell on DATY, I am completely confused about as well, so I will definitely address that issue with her.
Evie is new to escorting, and is still learning. I can recall her very first appointment. It was kind of cute and showed her innocences in this field, as she asked for the donation before the client even got his shoes off! Thankfully he understood and we can all laugh about it now. So she does need some time to get into the swing of how things work in this business and how they work at our agency. I am confident that she will continue to grow and learn.
2) Time issue - I can understand how this can be a bit confusing, so I will try to break down how it works. The call is placed from the client in the parking at 2pm. I do not start the clock until the lady calls me which is suppose to be after she has collected the money and the client is in the shower. That can be at about 2:05pm. I can see how after the shower, and you both are in the room that brings it to about 2:10pm, but the time starts when I get the "okay" call from the lady. I then call at 2:30 with the 5 minute warning as it usually takes about 5 minutes for clean up and good-byes. By then you should be out of the apartment by 2:35pm and that is therefore your 30 minutes from the time I get the call from the lady. So I can see how it may feel a little short when the phone call is made at 25 minutes into the session, but I can't see how anyone {unless by their choice} as made it up to the apartment and back down to the car in less that 30 minutes. If this has ever been the case, then again I would appreciate a phone call once you arrive at your car to make that complaint. It makes it much easier for me to address the issue at the time it has happened. I will also add that you are encouraged to stay your full time. Be that a half hour, hour or longer.
So I hope this address your concerns nofrills and for the others who may be reading this. I can not stress enough the importance of bringing these issues to me at the time of the incident. I am better able to address the issues, make any corrections that I can, make any compensation that is needed, or help you as the client understand why it was that way if an explanation is needed. Nothing is too small to bring to my attention. If you only got 28 minutes instead of 30 minutes, please feel free to let me know. I may not give you your next session at $40 off, but I promise I will address the issue properly and not dismiss it because it is only 2 minutes. That is not the type of agency that I operate.
