Ext. Harddrive Enclosures

Just wanted to get some opinions for ext. HD enclosures. I've been in the market to get one to put one of my many 3.5" surplus HDs in it so that it's usable as I've gone completely laptop these days. A friend of mine has an Ultra (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=31389) and while I like the idea of a built in fan, the thing is a little noisier than I'd like.

Only real requirement for me is Firewire connectivity as I'm a Mac user and I find FW significantly better than USB (faster, can easily boot off it).

Any suggestions/recommendations?

ADS. Works well, FW 400 and USB

Finding FW 800 is a bitch and very expensive.

Check to see if LaCie has any enclosures.

I have one but I rarely use it anymore. You should make sure to get one with a fan. They're great if you need extra storage that you don't need to access all the time.
